Your appointment time is a private, one-on-one session with a registered physiotherapist. GST is not applicable to physiotherapy.

All massage treatments are performed by a registered massage therapist. Any longer treatment times are available upon request.

Payment is due after each treatment session. You will be provided with a receipt that you can submit to your private insurer for reimbursement.

Some insurance plans require a doctor's referral to refund your expenses; check your plan before commencing treatment to avoid complications.

We require 24 hour notice for any cancellations and missed appointments and the same will be billed accordingly. Your insurance plan will not cover this fee.

We accept cash, cheque or as method of payment.
